Re: Disguising yourself as CS and attacking Quebec

Hey, in my games FQ and the CS never reconciled and are in more of a cold war state. Several well planned "undercover ops" might be enough to trigger hostilities. Anything larger scale would be too transparent. As said earlier, the FQ spies in Chi Town will quickly debunk any phony border ...

I could be wrong, but I believe Mask PPE is a lot like Mask ISP & Psionics. When using the power, you can't be casting any spells. Even if I am wrong, they will still detect any spells that are active. Also, Mask PPE only effects you, not your equipment, so no magic items. Good luck forming an e...

More than likely, the vast majority of soldiers working at lonestar have no idea of what's going on there, especially in the lower levels. I would say with the basic AIs - no. The alignment listed is more about programming.

With Neural Intelligence - Maybe. If they "evolve" to a point kind of like Archie, then yes.

Transferred intelligence - Yes. You pretty much have the mind and soul of a person in a robot body.

They may not mention Palladium specifically for a few reasons. First, what if the only PB game that the reader knows about is Rifts? It does not help much to say "Lord Coake hails from Palladium." Also, it could be for fluff reasons - adds a bit of "mystery" to his background. Bu...
