I don't know about that. I've never got the impression that the SA-7 was really that effective of a weapon. The Iraqis had a lot of them and didn't accomplish a lot with them. Penetration value for e-weapons might not be a bad idea: I'd want to work out some details in execution, but I'd be willing to try it. I think it would still go better to have armour have less MDC/SDC in comparison to small arms. I think I'll start a forum on it- so I won't change the topic in here...

I'm 37, married almost 16 years (this April will make it 16 years) and started gaming when I was about 8 in '79. I found PF and started Palladium with that in '88. Bought Rifts in '90 and have been GMing Palladium since. Over 130 books and counting :P
