Robotech Mecha (mainly the transformables) outclass anything on Rifts earth when it comes to maneuverablity. Since RT Vehicals don't have teh -10 Dodge rule you could incorperate that Fact as a Perk of Protoculture Damn fine idea, that. What better way to show just how manouverable the RT mecha is?...
