There is a table in the Dyval and Hades books that you can roll on when something dies to find out what happens. usually the body is destroyed but sometimes a small bit of bone is left behind. Also remember the attacking psionic doesn't know if you failed the save either.

I would say that you can't stack penalties unless they say they stack.
There is no canon statements either way on if you detect psionic attacks but given that you have to suspect you are being probed telepathically and not warned... I would imagine there is no warning per se.

Armageddon Unlimited pg 72 says this "Deevil Object" casts spells at 9th level, but pg 149 of HU2's "power level of the enchanted object" only has levels 4/5/6/7 as options. Also wondering if this would also mean that Energy Expulsion: Dimensional Energy is used at 9th level too...

It really depends on how powerful the GM wants that spell to be. It is already one of the top defensive spells in the game. if the food is either permanently charmed (such as the nature magic eggs), or was a temporary conjuration (such as bread and milk) then sure, its an ongoing spell effect and it detects as such. if it is a one and done spell with no long term effects then probably not... but the example spells create...

This also sets aside the fact that while you can roll up a character with five stats under 7... you are probably not going to actually play them which messes up the distribution curve a lot.
