I see. PB distributes it's Feats and class abilities differently. except for leaders and special guys, bosses or such, mooks will likely only be as good as there WP and HtH type and level.

if you table ise it, you can throw in the PP dice so you can roll or decide if a bonus is apt at the time.

yes, while the mechanics don't cover seige weapons specificly, it is (un)common sense to not be easy to parry a ballista. ("You're going to backstab him, with a balista?") i agree with your rules, just not the bit about denying PP bonus. -4 for no WP -6 to parry a hurled weapon. Paired weapons costiing 2 skill picks for non MaA OCCs. Adam answer for using a weapon they have no wp for... they only get pp bonus if they are using it and a shield... or of trying to use 2 ...
