Are there any powers which let you create a costume?
I’d like to have a character with the power to create a costume from thin air. The way Thor, Wonder Woman, or Firestar can instantly appear in costume. What are my options, other than having an armored appearance from Bio-Armor or similar?

Powers Unlimited 2 Immortals in Rifts
How many of you use Powers Unlimited 2 Immortals in Rifts? And if you do, do you think it’s reasonable to mix some of those with other RCC’s? For example, would you find it acceptable to have, say, a True Atlantean Immortal (Demigod)? It’s a demigod, after all, meaning that one parent is a god, so t...

Re: Can a Demigod take the Immortal Power Category?
Well, if one wants to get technical, the rule is that it’s exclusionary. So unless it specifically excludes something, then it’s not excluded. I get the point, though, that it wasn’t written with that in mind, so talking about technicalities regarding rules that were never written with each other in...

Probably, although IMO, the damage scale in Rifts is wonky to me. It's not an explicit limit. And personally, I view that Power Category as a perfect fit, as it can serve as an evolution of the Demigod race. Not all Demigods, after all, are equal.
