Preacher Man from the New West, the non-Fire and Brimstone kind, is a possibility. Merc soldier who was a juicer but underwent detox after 4 or 5 years (tons of penalties to stats and skill use) or if you are not limited to Rifts settings occ's you could go with say the Fletcher O.C.C in PF's . . . ...

Re: Cyberknight Variant Suggestions...?

Just thought I'd chime in with an idea. Instead of using the Cyber-Knights as a base to do this I would start with a Psi-Stalker as base and then incorporate Cyber-Knight flavour into them, give them Psi-Swords like the Cyber-Knights, etc. I'd do it this way because the Psi-Stalkers have a bunch of ...

There would be some similarities to a steam-mechanic and a blacksmith, though the mechanic would need a lot more science-type skills, unless it was just a maintenance guy. Well, you could probably just slightly alter any of the marine ship OCC's to fit. A couple things that I think would be really important to a sky bound sailor would be, incredible rope works skill (maybe sitting at +25% or even+30) because if that rope fails while you are out on the side or whatever...
