If the character who was punching has augmented strength, then would make sense (Superman hits harder then Deadpool). Also depends if you're using blood loss and PV rules. And I tend to agree with the other posters as well. All comes down to circumstance and location of the injury.

I agree with most here. Have the player make a few rolls to make sure the work is decent and cost efficient. have time pass a few hours and allow the other plays some down time (goes to the bar, gets supplies, buy some equipment) and that sort of thing. Don't drag it out very long.

Depends on the power/ability. CB1, both first and second edition do the conversions to MD for the Heroes Unlimited core book as does Skraypers.

Cobra Vine, pg 34 wb england. Apparently can cure a vampire's bite. Since it dispells any control the vampire might have over the victim, then I'd say that is one way to at least cure the onset. Could also be read as it cures the vampire disease.

Could always go with the Education Tables out of Heroes Unilimited, That's what I use for non-factioned Nightbane. Works well. Considering the age of becoming is anywhere between 14 and 24. So some of them might have started careers or furthered their educations.

Only if the entire party are Banes, otherwise no. If there's a human mage and a bane mage, then the human becomes a one trick pony and the bane has magic, supernatural abilities and talents.
