How would one handle it for OCC's that don't list additional skills gained from leveling?
for example: most of the N & SS OCC's gain a few secondary skills from leveling but most of them do not gain Scholastic or OCC Related skills as a result of going up in level.

I can think of lots of other business that fit nicely into rifts that deserve tables. small roadside inns and diners, alpine lodges / ski areas, resturaunts.... heck we can build whole towns.

being a wood worker and carpenter in R/L I would have to agree with the idea that some skill is needed. having a knife in your hand untrained is a good way to cut yourself. it is possible to practice and read books.... that would be a secondary skill in at least whittling.

my self i've generally taken the simplest option.. the stats are the same more or less, but the ship missiles tend to be bigger because they've been made with designs that are far more robust.. they require less maintenance and special storage, something you' want when you have a bunch of them sitt...
