Do you allow multiple characters?
This honestly goes to every single RPG ever made. But here, I have had this in my mind for a very, very long time but only now came here to make this topic. This discussion topic goes for both GM's and Players. For GM's Do you allow a player to have more than one character? If you do, what sort of r...

Re: Dublicate skills and how to deal with them?
I see no one's bothered to read page 47 of HU2 . The last paragraph clearly states that the best proficiency of a duplicated skill is taken. Best scaling or best base skill? Best from both, a combination of the best base and best scaling? It's not exactly "clearly stating" it, it doesn't ...

Dublicate skills and how to deal with them?
I'm sure this happens all the time, at least it has happened numerous times with my players. Basically, this is an issue I run into almost every single time a new character is made because so many scholastic skills give the same skills. It's kind of shame but it's something that has never been made ...

Assuming that the Side kicks 'boss' is there. In comics all the time there are stories with the sidekick alone. On HU2 it's on the page 15, before the attribute bonus charts "Attributes beyond 30" tells caps for each stat and when it's relevant or not to pass them. Doesn't HU2 still have that whole 'compatible with TMNT' statement? TMNT has extended attribute tables TMNT has totally different rules...

Not sure what you mean by 'chi and energy' because the only energy attack ancient masters have is their 'unleash chi' power.
