A lot of spells in HU2 are basically just run off from other palladium games. it's not really as extensive. It's also not very well thought out.in other palladium games magic is very extensive and very well thought out. It seems Heroes just got bare essentials.

Vibro weapons are not so impossible... I think of them like a combination of jack hammer and reciprocating saw in a compact extra fast, extra hard format that looks like a normal weapon, but moves so fast that you can't see the vibration... other than a dull hum sound and a mild shaking when held.....

The single spell I believe would make the most impact on any modern military would be the 5th level Sustain, which you surprisingly left off your list. here's a side note: ... your Gm is flabbergasted by a +15 to dodge, but I can easily make a character that gets +19 to strike.. Its all abut the natural twenties... Well, it's possible that they can have these things. It's really quite easy to pull magic from other palladium games. They made it pretty easy. They encourage it, after all. Also, it's really easy just to take classes from other worlds. like the ley line walker, for instance.

I believe that the possible resistance to magic Power Armor *might* offer would have a lot more to do with the fact that man made materials block magic in some ways. Not a lot to do with line of sight.
