Re: An alternate Character build system (MY House Rules)
I'm curious in trying this out with my players, I particularly like the skill buying. How many points do you plan on charging for your players to make a power Mega? 2 for a Minor, 3 for a Major were the first numbers that came to my mind just curious on yours.

Re: Introducing Supers to the World
I am curious as to how others would go about revealing the existence of Supers in such a game where the initial premise is that while Supers do exist, they are not yet known by the majority of humanity (generally regarded as tabloid sensationalism). How long would you keep the existence of these be...

So I have given in to my players desires to play a Mega Hero game, and in preparation I picked up the Rifter 37 PDF off DriveThruRPG. The rolls are used for every combat action, initiative, perception, saves, everything that uses a d20. I should clarify, the dice rolling takes place while we are still playing. No time is lost only rolling dice, which is probably what would take place if regular dice and paper were used instead. I agree it does take some suspense out of it, and even allows for some pre-planning on the players part. ...

I let my players use the RoF as how many arrows can be fired at once.
If RoF for guns = # of rounds fired in an action, then it does for bows as well imo.
