Looking in the rifter i saw the planes outfitted with TW starfire weapons and I'm wondering what spell combination makes "starfire" or even the nova rifle

Maybe with levitation I could be able to cut power and lower slowly and more vertical as well as use it to get in the air at the beginning of take off take away the need of a runway?
