Malvoren specializes in mechanics and computers, to me would make sense that he is able to create AIs to assist him and work for him. But AI is under science and says he can’t learn it?

What book is it in to build a base with cost for targeting systems for base defense and all that?

Have a pc in campaign whose dragon died and he wants to know be a character like the movie jumper who can teleport anywhere. Does anyone have one of these made or any ideas so that it isn't op? Just being able to teleport anywhere you been that much idk how to create without it just being op.
