Alrik, you don't seem to realise that the odds eventually come. If there's a one in two hundred chance of being one shot killed, after about 200 attacks, that character is dead. Perhaps if some petition were written up, Nokia might take notice.

I plan out various organisations that are of a range of importances (from farmers to warlords) and events they are embroiled in that the PC's could affect in atleast two ways, if not more ways (the way is up to the PCs).
Then I wing it.

No, I don't feed people things. I've run that way in the distant past, but now, no. No idea what you mean by pillars. Your NPC giving information seems another hook feeding mechanism - really no, it's possible to both interact with an NPC and it isn't a hook feeding moment.

How we should read it... As long as you don't cause harm with your immediate action you remain invisible. The way it was probably intended and the way I've been using it since I've played. Sure in heroes unlimited you might want to stick to the 'spandex hero' genre. And an armour system doesn't lend to that terribly well. Depends if it's having a look first or if it turns into 'well we get sneak attack and we buffed ourselves first and we get on either side to flank and...', ie it gets used to gain advantage after advantage.
But just having a look and either going in then or dashing away then is good.
