Re: What would be best for Rifts: Earth (in my opinion)
I would like to see a push to have more non-combat adverturers in the new books. More OCC like the rogue scientist and the operator. I would also like to more skills like Resist Torture(Splicers) That add bonuses over character development rather than all at once.

Re: Natural strength and power armor question.
If you are a person of exseptional PS and you jump in a power armor, you use the strength of the power armor. If you jump in something like the Gladius and you have greater strength than the armor, you should be able to do your PS damage, but thats just my opinion.

Re: New Books
I'd have to say that there will never be a new book for N&SS. Palladium seems to have left the writing for that line to Eric, and since he has pasted away,I'd say the line will never see any new books. I would love if new books were written, but we will most likely only see new material in the R...

I often treat the juiser prossess as a template that can be added to most characters. A Gunslinger who got the juicer opperation would be a force to be reconed with. A 10th level "slinger" might be an old guy who did it to go out with a bang.

A .50 BMG AP round has a very good chance at breaking a track. It's just not very common for a 50 cal. round to hit a track.

There are many reaasons why we have not seen a result to the bug war. Though everything is speculation at best. I just looked over "light target," it says that it can't be abscured by putting a covering on after being effected. I'd rule that if its invisibility:simple, I would say that the person is still effected by light target. Invisibility: superior negate the "light target."

Simple put a hidroponic farm produces a lot less than a non-hidroponic one because most probably the tradicional farm cover a lot more area than the greenhouse that have the hidroponic farm. The answer is, it DOESN'T provide parity with Juicer and Crazy autododge because Automatic Dodge itself is just a maneuver that doesn't cost you an action. Crazies and Juicers can autododge even if they CAN'T see it coming. Big difference. I think that might be part of the problem with Commando aut...

Please carefully read the definition of holds on R:UE page 345, 2nd column. It is a roll vs roll to maintain a hold. That clearly means it is action vs action. The hold is only maintained if the attacker beats the defender's roll. It only 'clearly' means it is action vs. action if you add to the te...
