This reminds me of one of my favorite HU villains... Death From Above. Wore power armor that could fly, had a skull motif, and was blue-black in color. He specifically targetted mutants and aliens, as well as mages. Was a fun villain.

Restrict the zoom level. Just include major topographical alterations... nothing even close to city-level, much less street level. Maybe eye alt = 1800 mi or so.

If teleporting into a giant robot is affecting the occupants, then so is using a spell to knock the robot down (the occupants go bouncy). So, can a robot not be affected by tremor-type spells then? Or, the character really *does* teleport... but, to do so, he melds with any available water source, including humidity, to form what is the aquatic version of shadow-stepping... he turns to water, vanishes, water appears elsewhere, and there he is.
