Angrar Mark II just an awesome armor. 700 mdc P.S. 40 (supernatural!!) and it regenerates damage 1D4x10 an hr. Just a few minor draw backs,(damage from silver, double damage from rune,holy and millennium tree weapons and eventual insanity and the loss of your soul.) but for 8million it's a steal.

starting on page 148 in psyscape you got kevin's take on psionic tec. on 149 to 150 the psi implant side effect chart. 151 tells you where you can get them. 152 to 154 has implant you can get that aren't TW. 155 to 156 are the TW devices. Not the ones from Mindworks but still very cool.

I would defiantly let one become a dragon juicer or a maxi juicer, It would be a huge draw in the sploogie arenas. But as stated before I would have a problem with the standard juicer. There would have to be a massive chance for bad side effects or death.

I had that problem myself about a year ago so i stuck each page into a clear plastic sleeve for a three ring binder and then tabbed the different section. But seeing how his is signed you might want to take it to a local binder (look in the yellow pages). I dought it cost to much to have it re bound.

Same here, The Janissary never did it for me. I just don't like them. But i did allow the the endo-skeletal replacement for 4th level and above special forces characters. I also allowed the changing out of some of the cybernetic. This was an awesome addition.

You don't have a PE or hit points as a full conversion Borg. As for your PB. I don't remember the stat but there are set ones for full conversion Borgs with some cybernetics that can increase it. IE Skin like over lays and facial features.
