Another idea is to take mutant animals from AtBII, especially Chimeras, and simply give them the power of Growth, and adjust their stats accordingly.
IIRC, there are BIO-E costs for minor powers in Transdimensional TMNT.

Do the Robotech/Zentraedi thing, get your favorite non-MDC critter and multiply it all times 100.
Also if you wanna go for mutant dinosaurs, Rifter #23 has the latest rules for those, and its way easier to find than Transdimensional Turtles

Dark Conversions is a great source book for monsters.. take the Magot for example, it is 20 feet tall and weighs 2-3 tons, 6D6x2 SDC and up to eighty hit points, and a natural armor rating of 14, it is supernaturally strong and impervious to fire, regenerates and can leap 40 feet..
Double that size, beef up the stats and you have your classic 50 foot monster of doom.
Six tons, 40-50 feet tall, 6D6x5 SDC, 2D4x20 Hit Points, regenerates 1D4x20 per minute, Supernatural P.S. of 2D6+80, running Speed of 2D6x20+120, can leap 80 feet, and no doubt has some sort of energy expulsion or matter expulsion power.

thanks for the idea, does anyone know whether Rift's Underseas has stats fro Humpback whales? I wanted to make one of my kaiju a flying whale with rocket fist(fin?).

Yes, Underseas is the book.

In the alternative to Rocket Fins, how about Energy Flight?
And as a long range attack, use Directed Sound.
Build a whole theme around whale-songs.

Be sure to give your monster whale a cute Japanese girl-friend. Maybe she can be a Whals Singer (Also in Underseas).

Sentinel you weren't too far off from what I was thinking. But replace cute japanese girlfriend with crazy old japanese man living on its back in a hut(who has something my players need might i add). Rocket fins were to protect it as it's smashing cities though what with the protective field and all. The whole purpose of me having kaiju was a trans-apocalytic superhero game and giant monsters seems the one think to keep everyone from getting depressed and quitting the game.

The third series Godzilla films (G:2000, G vs. Megaguiras, Giant Monsters All Out Attack, G vs. Mechagodzilla III, Tokyo SOS) are all quite good. They lack some of the general hokiness from the original series, although aren't that substantially different from the second series. Largely a continuity re-boot.
There were three new Gamera movies made in the late 1990s: Guardian of the Universe, Gamera vs. Legion, and Revenge of Iris.

I had crafted a Gene-Splicer creation in my HU campaign using a Ceratosaurus and the mutations of Gene Splicing. It was pretty cool, and cheaper than Bio-E.
I'll have to try with Eugenic mods next.

I saw Part's of Gamera: Guardian of the universe and all of the millenium godzilla movies except Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla (it would have been nice to have seen it before Tokyo S.O.S.) and Godzilla Final Wars is probably the greatest movie human kind has ever made.

Is there any rule regarding about just increasing the size of something? Like how much to add to sdc/mdc or PS? Because engenics seems like it's give most unique monster, would the rules for the superpowers or growth or giant work well with eugenics or would it make too powerful of a critter, I want to make it tough on the player characters but not outright slaughter them.

A eugenically created monster with Growth should provide a challenge without being a slaughter.
Remember: how would the Avengers fare against Godzilla?

Well, Kaiju are simply much larger versions of ordinary monsters. Find a templete monster's stats (T-Rex, snake, dragon, etc) and compare its size to how big you want your Kaiju to be, and then multipy the appropriate stats proportionately. If, for example the original monster was 20 feet tall, and your Kaiju is 300 feet tall, max out the templete monster's stats and then multipy P.S, P.E, S.D.C, special attacks, etc, by 15. Spd should also be multipiled so that their awsome strides could be represented. You could also use weight instead of height.

I would out leave attributes like M.E, M.A. P.B., P.P., and I.Q. alone, maybe even halve them as giant monsters don't have a reputation for being bright, beautiful, or good at avoiding attacks.

Just make sure that the S.D.C/Hit Points/M.D.C is in the tens of thousands, and Horror Factor and Armor Rating should be around 16-18 or higher. If not, add nightbane morpheus features or Eugenics features multiplied by the same number to make up the difference.

For special abilities, find the appropreate ones in Heroes Unlimited, and then multiply damage, and possibly range, by about a thousand, so that they are capable of destroying whole city blocks.

There is a creature in there called the Black Steel Scorpion which is about 2000 feet long, which I would definitely say qualifies as a Kaiju (even though it's chinese and not japanese). Just wanted to share.

OK, and I'm also curious how the giant flying whale with rocket fists turned out.

Maybe, I do think scorpions are wicked cool ... maybe more to the point centipedes totally give me the jibblies. So it's possible I was subconsciously avoiding even typing the word.

However, in spite of or perhaps because of the jibblies-factor, I think 2000' centipedes make better monsters than 2000' scorpions, for what it's worth.

The scorpion has a reputation as a cantankerous arachnid, and has a nasty stinger tail.
