Runner Ship and combat bonuses
Runner ships are small 30x30x100 and have better engines than freighters etc should they get the bonuses for Space fighter combat if the appropriate skills are selected.

Only if it is a re-fitted long-range interceptor. Otherwise, if just using the "typical runner ship" template, no.
