They do? That is odd. I think someone who wrote that should actuially look at it from the prespective of that once a race has achieved mastery of it's environment it's birthrate will drop off drastically. UNless something happens which would endanger the species as a whole I'd say leave it at one or on the rare occurance of twins or triplets.

Same species, different spelling. 
Giving birth in litters would help explain why they are in the top three as far as dominant races go.
Still, if you get 1 - 4 pups every time Wulfen women give birth, and Humans are still more populous... then Phase World Humans must be doin' it all the time!

Actually that is an interesting point, if the females only ovulate when they are in Heat how often do they go into heat, monthly quarterly or yearly?
