TW Cyborg
Alright before you guys go ape on me for even bringing up a topic like this hear me out.
I looked over the W-1/F UWW power armor, and I took note in that it has some sort of magic battery or generator and that the pilot doesn't neccessarily need to have magic abilities. So the quesion is could the technology used to make the W-1 power armor be used to make a body for a cyborg?
I'm aware that the technology of the UWW is quite advanced and different from anything on Rifts Earth (my campaign location), that it uses Anti-Matter for it's reactor, and that the armor is bonded to the pilot. However couldn't this be done by a TW would has access to a bionics manufacturing lab, is of high enough level to make the spells (like Ithan, nightvision, ect) powerful enough, and has/had an understanding of how the W-1 works?
P.S. If a Moderator or Admin feels this is a wasteful post then delete or lock.

Well I'd like to keep it where I have a TW build a Rifts Earth equivalent to the what the W-1 is for a full conversion borg. Namely meaning I don't plan to let any external magic use, beyond something like simple TW Bionic weapons.
If you guys think it's would work, could you fill me in on a couple things that I can't figure out. The Magic power that the PA uses, is that something that a TW could make at say level 10 and have something like 5-10+ years of power? The other thing is the ritual they say the TW uses to bond the pilot to the PA, what could that ritual be?
Thanks for the help guys.

Sounds like a cool idea!
One would think, too, that you could format the Iron Juggernauts from Tolkeen into workable UWW cyborgs or technogolems..but the UWW Warlock Marine armor is even more interesting what with what we already know about the bond between wearer and armor...it wouldn't be too great a leap to have a Marine slain in the line of duty, only to reanimate as his armor...

In Rifts SOuth America is a TW Cyborg reffered to as an Anti-Mosnter.
The aforementioend Iron Juggernauts are a reasonable approximation of what could be done with TW cybernetics too.

Smaller versions, then....or just use the 500-lb Gorilla Law...(or in this case the 25-ton MechaKong Law)

Well the Juggernauts in Tolkeen are really close to what I want, it's a bit out of my reach. I don't have a magic O.C.C. character, and am still unsure if I want one. The other thing is that in my present campaign we have two Summoners, and really enslaving elementals would likely irritate them and really I don't want to have to fight other characters.
The Anti-Monster creations have issues though. The first being that it's kind of a closed technology, that empire has the specific details as to what goes into the bionics and things like that. Two would be that really besides the fact that it's an R.C.C. and so I'm not sure if humans or almost any S.D.C. creature could under go this process, I'm saying this as I'm fairly sure that most/all Anti-Monsters are D-Bees. Third would be they're partial borgs, and I'm looking for a possiblity of a full conversion option. Forth and last is that if you read the discription majority of these borgs suffer from implant rejection after about 2-5 years.
The Federation of Magic's Automations are much like the Tolkeen Juggernaut, it requires a specific magic O.C.C. to build.
I know I'm being really specific and inflexable but I really think that a bionic body that emulates the UWW Marine PA W-1 is possible.

All you would have to do Spark, with very little work, is construct a cyborg body to fit inside the PA and fuse it together or whatever, and have a TW add a PPE battery for the suit to draw from, either to the suit or your cyborg body, instead of drawing from you. I mean if necesary, your cyborg body could be covered with metal studs, each one being a talisman from the spell, holding 50 PPE. They's all have to be recharged eventually, but if you have 100 studs thats 5000 PPE, plus an on-board battery of x amount that you have for a back up. that one i think could be recharged at any ley line.

Oh well that part is a normal cyborg as far as powersource goes.

He wants a TW cyborg that is like the PA. Put a brain in a normal full conversion borg, then put said borg inside the PA. Put the studs on the cyborg like I suggested or not, but there ya go.

Same concept, just no PPE required.
That would be way funny if skelebots were given piloting programs. That would explain why the coalition has 3 million SAMAS
