Farscape is a cool setting, but we don't know what kind of deal Alderac cut. Even if they no longer hold the licenses Palladium would still have to work out an agreement with the folks that own the rights to do it. At this point given Palladium's state, I don't think that is likely to happen anytime soon.

Agreed.
Phase World can be molded into just about any kind of sci-fi space opera setting you might need. If I want it be Farscape, it can be with little or no effort.

It's very easy to mold it to any SciFi setting with a little work from the GM and players willing to be patient.
