Well at least your honest. I saw the post about the podcasts, I would enjoy listening to it. Well maybe I can be there in person next time.....if there is a next time. :(

I expect there will be. And I think I'll be making a yearly pilgrimage to Michigan.

75% change they will move to a smaller location and not be able to have open house again.

Based on?

The February 15th Press Release where it says:
The last Palladium Open House?
Our lease ends in April or May of 2008 and we may elect to move to a smaller facility.

A smaller place means we can’t host a big event like a gaming convention at our own place. So this might be your last chance to see and game at the legendary Palladium offices and warehouse in Taylor, Michigan! Rent on a building with 17,000 square foot warehouse and 5,000 square feet of office area is around $11,000 a month and one month’s heating bill in winter can be $2500! We can probably cut that by half if we consolidate into a space half the size. The Palladium office and warehouse have been a home away from home for 15 years, so we hate the idea of moving. The verdict’s not in yet, but if we move (75% likelihood) there probably won’t be any more Open House events.
"Things aren't what they used to be" is the rallying cry of small minds. When men say things used to be better, they invariably mean they were better for them, because they were young, and had all their hopes intact. The world is bound to look a darker place as you slide into the grave.

I'll try and steal a friend's laptop to give rundowns of events after we return to the hotel (which probably won't be until late each day). :)

I'm bringing mine, and I have learned that there is a diner about 2 miles away with free wi-fi.

I believe Kevin made that statement in one of his murmers, or possibly in the Open House board. Cant remember which but Palladium may be moving in 2008 to a smaller location.

I am now proudly living vicariously through rat_bastard. Thanks. :D

By the way, where will your blog be?

Thanks, any info would be great for those of us on the outside. Yet another person to live through. :D

But, I thought this would be a willing possession. :-( You should join the throng that I already live through. They have a union that allows casual Fridays and free cookies at every possession party. :)

Oh, no, possession has a tendency to tick my split-personality off, especially since I won't even let him have the body on weekends. And it never seems to matter how many cookies I throw at him, he still rattles the Id's cage every now and again. :D
