The first of several upcomming Spatial Mage questions
How many actions does the spatial mage spell sphere have? And do they get better in that too with higher levels of the (powerful to deadly, etc)? Also, what are their speeds and do they have any bonuses?

The key phrase seems to be 'This attack is achieved by the creator of the realm, upon making the sphere, instilling it with a spell he knows.' so I'd say whatever it has wouldn't go up after it has been created, using the bonuses/levels they had at the time of creation. Given that it is only a foot in diameter, it might be reasonable to make it a Called Shot to hit as well. If using the newer casting rules, might as well give it the actions number of actions the creator was capable of as well.
To me the biggest drawback of this defense is that it is permanently gone if destroyed. I'd take a higher cost version if it could respawn in 2d4 weeks or months or so. Or if you could draw PPE from them, or could do more than attack- maybe a support model, or work to cast rituals. Maybe tack a cleaning spell on it and call it the maid. Though admittedly the base version should be able to lay down some serious hurt with the right spell.
I have a question of my own for people, do you think the Spatial Mage's Wormhole spell (Rifter #5) should work on doorways and opening that move? IE: in a vehicle, stone arch dug up, large suitcase, etc.
I'm leading toward ok on that since the spell is specifically attached to the opening, but the next question is whether the spell is broken or simply non-functional if it exceeds the range it was created for?
