Which Rifter?

Does anyone know which rifter had the alchemist magic items (weapons, arrows) that could produce sunlight? I've checked through the rifter index, but could not find it.

My main problem is that what I am looking for wasn't the main focus of the article, it was just tacked on to the end. Clearly, I also do not remember what the main article was about.

Was that perhaps the "Arrows of Ith'arien" article?

Perhaps one of the Rifters that had the preview of Rifts Arzno?

Issues 9, 10 or 34?

You're welcome. I'm not exactly a foremost authority on the Rifter, but after looking through every article again to make up the new Index, I have a good idea where to find a great many things.

I would have caught the question sooner, but work has been beating me up lately. :erm:
