No.

If so, what would it be?

It would be bizarre.
Why would you want to save against your own power?

In Dark Conversions (p36), a creature called The Horror, has listed among it's Natural Abilities "Turn Invisible at will", but no further info is provided on that.

In Mystic Russia there is a creatre that, when in darkness, can go invis and be unseen by the Mk 1 Eyeball or tech sensors, but daylight (including Globe of Daylight) cancels that effect. However for the Horror, it isn't nearly so specific, so I imagine there is a save.

I have RUE, and the old MB, but I don't see anything about that listed anywhere.

Works just like the spell.

Which spell?
Either Invisibility: Simple or Invisibility: Superior, depending on the GM.
I go with Simple.

I believe it is treated just like the Invisibility: Simple spell. No save, but can be detected by magic and psionic powers of See Invisible, and thermo-imaging tech (and magic) devices.

Yeah, that's true, but I meant for other people to see the one who turned invisible. :)

You don't get to save for something that isn't affecting you.
Invisibility affects the caster, not the people around him.
(Unless it's Chi invisibility or a psionic effect)

answering them in a more rellevent order.

2) It means that who even has that power can turn themselves invisable at will.

1) Only those with see the invisible can now see the invisible being.

3) It's power is that of shadow cloaking, see spell L4 Shadow Meld, or the spell L10 Summon Shadow Beast.
