It's a very interesting OCC! Definately one of the most powerful around. Especially with that PPE. That is a lot of it. Not too bad overall.
"Your Grace," she said, "I have only one question. Do you wish this man crippled or dead?"

"My Lady," the protector of Grayson told his Champion, "I do not wish him to leave this chamber alive."

"As you will it, your Grace."

PPE gets burned off quickly when creating or resurrecting life. Example- the Forge wants Life on a small moon, there are some supernatural threats there to be taken care of first, next...Atmosphere Creation of moon (8PPE), creation of water to soil to ore over days, plant growth, then creation of 24 SDC animals 10hp or less to 50 hp (24 PPE), and the creation of 4 Humaniod SDC Beings (16 PPE), teach the new some things, and leave for the next mission from the Forge. A total of 48 PPE Permanently gone from personal base just after one mission.

So, I felt the PPE was good :ok:

My vision is the Blending of a Conjurer and Cosmo Knight with a few tweaks thrown into the O.C.C. to round out the character.

I saw that! It does look good! Don't get me wrong, I wasn't saying bad things about it. Just made the comment about the PPE. But you are right if they go around and make places habitable then they need that sort of level of PPE. It looks like a great OCC.

Always good to see bold new ideas and bold new dimensional material!

Than the Sage among his Books,
For all the Empires and Kingdoms,
The Armies and Works that you hold Dear,
Are to him but the Playthings of the Moment,
To be turned over with the Flick of a Finger,
And the Turning of a Page"

It is a very cool idea! Something that needed to be explored!
"Your Grace," she said, "I have only one question. Do you wish this man crippled or dead?"

"My Lady," the protector of Grayson told his Champion, "I do not wish him to leave this chamber alive."

"As you will it, your Grace."
