Just an idea I'm thinking about what do you guys think about it btw I know I have Ibarrian horrible mispelled. I'm thinkning about doing the stats along the lines of a rifts ninja oni mix up


Kranel sighed with relief as he Iberian healer arrived. Drand, his Kreegor master, had been bed ridden for two days. None of Drand’s medical personnel had been able to diagnose what ailed Drand. Fortunately they had discovered an Iberian healer was passing through the space station Drand commanded. Knowing the Iberian healer’s were the paramount doctors in the Three Galaxies, Kranel was convinced the healer would be able to cure his master. The Iberian entered Drand’s bed chambers and said “I will need utmost privacy to tend to the patient”. Kranel replied “of course sir” and closed the door. He ordered no one to enter while the healer operated on Lord Drand. The Illborian approached Drand and said “Sir, my name is Regan. I am the healer that you summoned. I will have to sedate you in order to treat you properly. Do I have your consent”? Drand agreed and Regan administered a strong sedative that lulled Drand to sleep. Regan was lucky. His first attempt to poison Drand had only been partially successful. The Kreegor’s unusually strong constitution was fighting off the nearly undetectable toxin Regan had planted in his food several days earlier. Given a few more days of bed rest Drand would recover. Fortunately Regan’s Iberian heritage had given him a second opportunity. Regan spent the next several hours operating on Drand. Asleep, Drand didn’t even know he was about to die. By the time Regan completed, Drand was dead. Even the most intensive autopsy would show Drand had died due to rare congenital defect in his digestive system. Regan forced himself to weep as he opened the door. He made himself appear visibly shaken as he opened the door. He informed Kranel he had done his best but Drand had already been past saving when Regan had arrived. Kranel did not even think to doubt the veracity of an Iberian healer. Regan quickly departed and headed for a spacecraft waiting for him. Regan departed the space station to receive his payment from the Atlantean that had hired him,


The real story of the Ilbarrian’s liberation is much more muddled than most residents of the Three Galaxies including most Ibarrians believe. The common history is that the Ibarrians were a peaceful people that rose up against their oppressors after centauries of oppression. This part is true. However, how the rebellion came about is much more complicated. It began when an escaped Iberian, named Caspian, sick of the aliens oppression began to research methods of rebellion. After determining his people where currently unable to defeat their alien oppressors on his own he began to look for allies to assist him. This road brought him to studying dark rites. He eventually came into contact with an Alien Intelligence. The Alien Intelligence offered to give him the power to defeat the aliens. Caspian made a major pact with the Alien Intelligence. The being spent the next several years teaching the Iberian to harness his species formidable psykic powers towards the development of martial arts. The Alien Intelligence commanded him to begin to gather followers. Caspian began to travel among his people and selectively freed a handful of Ibarrians that would suit his needs. For the next several years the Iberian, under the Alien Intelligences guidance, trained his followers in the martial arts that the Alien Intelligence had taught him. Thus the Iberian Assassins were formed. When both the Alien Intelligence and Caspian felt his followers were ready he ordered them to go out into the world in secret. The Iberian Assassins began to spread seeds of violent thoughts into the pacifist Iberian population. Slowly, the Iberian's began to accept the possibility of using violence to liberate themselves. Finally enough of the population was turned to this way of thought and the Caspian ordered the revolt to begin. The Iberians quickly over came their alien overlords using their deadly neural touch. The aliens fled. For all the Iberians this was enough. They were sickened by the blood they had shed. Caspian had other ideas. He led his assassins hunting down all of these Aliens. With the Alien Intelligence’s help they tracked down every member of this race. Shortly after the genocide Caspian left. Most assassins believe he left to serve the Alien Intelligence. When the Iberian’s journeyed into the stars the assassins followed. With Caspian gone the followers splintered. Most returned to their families and returned to reverted into peaceful beings. Some of the Ibarrians embraced what they had become and continued to harness their marital prowess. Many believed it was necessary to remain strong so they would never be enslaved again. These Iberians soon found work as assassins. Eventually the original assassins passed down their abilities to their children or the rare Iberian they found willing to embrace the path of an assassin.

The Iberian Assassins survive to this day. Being Master Psionics, they have been able to develop their martial powers to a level rivaling the Oni Ninjas. They use the Ibarrians legendary reputation as pacifistic healers to their advantage. Walking through the three Galaxies under the guise of Iberian healers, they have found the perfect cover. There are few that even suspect their existence. The few that exist openly are simply considered deviants or mentally deranged by most so there are few that suspect the great healers harbor some of the dealiest assassins known in their race. When meeting a client they remain disguised so even long time customers often don’t know their identities. Among the Assassins there have been increasing rumors that Caspian has returned and he will be calling them into service. With at least hundreds of different sects there are a variety of opinions on this. Since Caspian made a major pact with a Alien Intelligence most find it plausiable that he could still be alive. Whatever the case, all throughout the Three Galaxies aliens of all kinds are still being slain by the Ilberian death touch.
