I meant the OTHER books...like Shadow Chorincles or Dimensional outbreak..and I KNOW there is a pic for Breaux's Attorian Empire book, but only have seen the ugly POS B&W thumbnail in one of the rifters from 2 years ago.

Hades is an AWESOME book. I'd recommend adding it too your collection! :ok:
"Your Grace," she said, "I have only one question. Do you wish this man crippled or dead?"

"My Lady," the protector of Grayson told his Champion, "I do not wish him to leave this chamber alive."

"As you will it, your Grace."

I got my copy the end of last week actually an cant seem to put it down . I have noticed several things missing tho as it were like Hades the Olypian God of Death an Lord of the realm of Hades as well as the Official Jailer of Divinity an such in his Interdimensional Prison :Tartarus . The Death Goddes Hel is another one missing who is on good terms with the Aztec god Mictla .. as well as the Babylonian Goddes of the Underworld .. Ereshkigal . I read that she would like to expand her Realm at the expense of the many evil entities that live in Hades .. Curious is all I am about them .. perhaps they were omitted due to Those Gods an Goddesses are not involved within the actualy Demon.Devil Wars as it were ? an if not why has modeus not gone to them to try to bring them into the Fold as well after all if Hades does loose the war does that not mean those other gods an goddesses will lose thier realms same as the demon lords ?

That's correct. :ok: This "version" of Hades is solely for Palladium's Hades demons. Plus I figured there was enough going on in Hades with the current demon lords. Like there can be alternate earth's I also think there can be alternate versions of Hades.

Well Said Carl .. Never thought it could be several different Hades.. Guess that one flew right past me till ya mentioned it really . But then again Could Olypian god Hades have his own dimension as well as perhaps a kingdom in the palladium hades in perhaps in the vacinity of Succor Bemoths , as it does say that Hades very nearly killed Succor -Bemoth for accidentally entering his domain guess it could be that Succor Bemoth entered Hades domain on accident threw some sorta of tunnel or something ?

Originally, from the text of the Rifts: Panthoens of the Megaverse Book, Hades was some sort of superDimension that contained not only the Hades which is the mirror of the Palladium World, but also the "main" Hades which is the domain of the 'original' Greek god.

Apparently (whether by accident or design), Palladium has decided that they will be two separate realms....even though Lord Hades was specifically stated in the past to have not only enlisted the agreement of the other Demon Lords to keep out invaders, but also once kicked Succor-Bemoth's hiney.

(Whatever.

Not the very first time they have completely revised history.

Originally, Modeus was actually an Alien Intelligence with over 50,000 MDC!!)

That could work out even with the present book. Just consider the Hades Dimensional book as a representative of a province which lies near the Dyval dimension on the outskirts of the Super Hades. While it's still part of the defense arrangment with the Alternate Hades, it is it's own power block against it's own enemies AKA Dyval.

Here is some more info on this topic that cornholioprime asked in a separate thread.

You're right though about the info in Pantheons. Perhaps that could be considered History of HAdes that was not covered

Hope this helps.

I think it will help somewhat. Only Cornholio will know if covers the problems he found with it.

Over the last few Days I have been asking friends coworkers an generally anyone that the wife talks to this Simple an easy question . "Would you for any reason go mind body an soul ... into the physical world of Hell Any reason at all with out a gerentee that you would be allowed back out safly ? " I think I asked all told roughly 43ish people . These are real average everyday folks that know absolutly nuthing about Any roleplaying games or anything "that i know of at least" an not a single person said yes I would go to hell . They even went so far as to reply this to me . " If I were to go to hell to rescue say a loved one first off I would **** myself cause in order for me to GO to hell it would have to be real ... meaning there IS also a god and also that my "loved one" put themselves there an who am I as just a human to go an **** on the almighty's plan for that individual " I had to laugh my ass off at that . But all said and done not a single person said Yeah I'd go in a heart beat let alone yeah I would go . Well there was one guy who said for a million dollars he would go .. but that if he liked it he might stay I think he is really crazy tho .. I mean really crazy .. an after my little questionair thing I have decided that SHOULD any player groups actually WANT to go to hades / dyval for any reason what so ever ... thier going to pay dearly an I mean D.E.A.R.L.Y. haha

Aye good point . I have read on the threads a long long time ago that the entire Palladium world is all located on one side of the planet .. Course I can not find anything in Cannon to verify that or not . If it IS indeed all landmasses on one side then that begs the question ... Whats on the OTHER side of the palladium world ? IF all the landmasses are not on one side of the world .. then well never mind the question haha .. just a thought of mine .

Didn't i ask the whole hades in hades question about a year ago or something?

And if the Hades described is a mirror of the Palladium world i suppose Hades the god might dwell in a Hades mirror of Rifts Earth.

Just got my copy of this and I'm working my way through.

I'd have to say it's one of the best Palladium releases for a while - great stuff :ok:

My only gripe is that the Demon Lords aren't stated out, but I understand the space limitations and as it will require to pick up another book anyway, I'm happy :)

There was also some 30 odd pages cut too? Maybe more? Yeah it was a bit on the thick and chunky side.

Carl, hopefully those 30 pages will eventually appear in some form for our use in the future!
