Disagreed. Wilks has stable factories and manufacturing plants that can churn out thousands a day, and secure convoys to distribute them. They are a stable supply.
Mystic Kwanza items are tottally random. Maybe 12 of them make 15 hammers in a year. and the next year they don't make any at all.
The examples arn't remotely similar.

Howver, Nek-chan, they will still have a relative value. It will be high, because the supply will be limited, but it will still exist.

I would say that those are both assumptions. Factory orders may be chaotic (many weapons pre-ordered) and if 1 mystic stops making hammers then another will start if there is demand. They also don't factor in a chaotic supply line - secure convoys aren't something typically found in Russia. Nor would be access to weapons for peasants or adventurers.
