I know the smith would not sell them but what about warlords that have killed the farmer that had them made for them. I think they part with them I just need to know the going price. Or is it a GM call.
GM call
They're so rare they basically sell for whatever the hell the seller thinks they can get for 'em.

Why? These are items that inherently have no stable supply, thus it is econimically impossible to have stable pricing. Especially when one mystic kwuanza is hammering away to give stuff away while others charges nobels an arm and a leg.

It would give a relative value. All items would fit into what you are describing - regardless of whether it was a laser pistol or magic sword.

Disagreed. Wilks has stable factories and manufacturing plants that can churn out thousands a day, and secure convoys to distribute them. They are a stable supply.
Mystic Kwanza items are tottally random. Maybe 12 of them make 15 hammers in a year. and the next year they don't make any at all.
The examples arn't remotely similar.

Howver, Nek-chan, they will still have a relative value. It will be high, because the supply will be limited, but it will still exist.

I would say that those are both assumptions. Factory orders may be chaotic (many weapons pre-ordered) and if 1 mystic stops making hammers then another will start if there is demand. They also don't factor in a chaotic supply line - secure convoys aren't something typically found in Russia. Nor would be access to weapons for peasants or adventurers.
