"Vacation" is a pretty modern concept. While CS citizens probably get days off work (for illness and holidays, or special events like graduations and weddings), it is probably a matter of pride amongst the lower and middle classes not to take days that are not related to an event... doing everything they can for humanity's cause, even if they're not on the front lines.
Those who do travel for vacation likely do what a lot of people do... they just go someplace relatively safe and comfortable. A CS citizen might go to Iron Heart, or down to Briscoe, America to see a "real community from before the Rifts", or to Whykin. They stay in hotels, shop in shops that are different from their own, and look at local monuments (Push a button on the statue and a melodic female voice begins "It was here, in 3 P.A., that the first meeting of the Assembly of Iron Heart was held. The assembly was formed after the successful crucifixion of two foul sorcerers..."). Snap some pictures to show to the people back home and, in a few days, go back home.

I could imagine there is a giant spa there on one of the upper levels that caters to such things. Maybe even something as extravegant as an artifical beach, digital sky line, and artifical sun.
"going out of town" for vaction is probably a forign concept, they probably wouldn't understand it at all.
