That would be a Warborn.
They are in one of the early Halloween Rifters, along with other magic users who draw power from the Apocalypse Demons in Africa.

Had a friend Hayes play one who likewise fought in the arena of Atlantis.

heh got my copy off ebay, probably the only place you'll find it, or maybe you'll get lucky and find it in a game store, found some old issues in a store i got to sometimes.

Warbabies are Warborn that washout in the training process........Howabout this-A Rahu-Man Godling Necromancer/
Warborn/Psi-Tech. Make a PA that fits his needs; multiple arms, HTH Aslyl Okta; & Trick him out!

Rifter #5, one thing is that this allows for is up to 4 arms in a sequence-I've worked it out for more. It also has a new
Weapon-the Zwittentang, & the paired WP for more than 3 arms. Check it out! Dag Nuebies!Also used to be on Kiseru

This is off topic, but, HTH Aslyl Okta isn't that great a MA, it does add something to the Rahu-
man Myth. Also, There was the time I killed Pestilance with a good shot to the Head, & made
the saving throw against his power! With a similar Character.........
