You may have already seen it, but there's a lot of information about POH 2009 in today's Press Release. :)

I thought they were looking for GMs. And last year they had plenty of room for impromptu games as well.

I submitted my info forever ago so i dunno? I can't find any link or email where they are requesting GM's in the press release on on the purchase page. But it will still be super fun 07 was my first and it was such a awesome experience. :clown:

You're a bit early on all this. As we get closer to OH, we'll get more details about GMs, games, and related events.

If we purchase a weekend ticket before they changed it to a 3 day event will our ticket be changed or will we have to purchase Friday as well?

Really?? Awesome! :D (I was wondering the same thing as Nowhere65 as I did the same thing he did.)

That's really solid of them. I'm not surprised in the least.

Just have one question - The V.I.P. tickets ($60 each) - do they include the 3 normal days (normally $40) as well, or would you have to purchase those separately?

Thanks.

As I ran into this for the first Open House, I can answer you. Each are separate. So, if you wanted to attend all four days, it would be a total of $100. But believe you me, both tickets are more than worth it. :)

What was wrong with the hotel? Many rooms came with free pet insects and the bedding with decorative stains! But seriously, a cheap hotel with game space for late night dicing is a major bonus. I just attended PolyCon with $220/night rooms (free booze and breakfasts) and the nicer the hotel, the more stipulations and trouble they give the convention.

As for cash, do this. Put a POH piggybank on your desk. Whenever you are about to buy a coke or candy, drop the buck in your POH bank and drink some water instead. By next May, you will have enough cash to buy tickets AND souvenirs.

Now I feel like a ****.

I just opened a ticket on the support side asking this same question.

Class acts, indeed. Cheers :!:
