Das the Astral mage get it,s own spells or is it just a another Magic O.C.C who have spacial ability and only use Invocation spells?

Invocations and the spells in the back of Between the Shadows. There's also spells in Through the Glass Darkly & Rifter #9.

However they should be able to make up spells just like any other mage, use the rules in TtGD.

Not to mention that they have a Domain in the astral Plane that allows them to have a base of operations. as well as a Home.

Those spells are available to all mages, not just astral mages. Astral mages are pretty much standard mages other than they are more prone to pick spells that are useful in the astral plane.

Yes, they are "common spell/invocation" format (they are not listed as specialty spells), but it also describes them as very rare.
