When you subscribe, you can start with the previous issue, the current issue, or the next issue. It's clear when you actually fill out the form because you only have a few choices.

Permanently unavailable means just that: permanently unavailable. They are out of print and Palladium doesn't have them any more. Best of luck looking online. I'll sell you my Rifter #21 for $100, because it might be the only one available. :)

With shipping, currently $18.51 on eBay. And that price could even go down.
"Things aren't what they used to be" is the rallying cry of small minds. When men say things used to be better, they invariably mean they were better for them, because they were young, and had all their hopes intact. The world is bound to look a darker place as you slide into the grave.

I hope that's not the copy that was signed by me (and a bunch of other contributers/artists). Mines more valuable than yours unless you got Kevin to sign that one. :P

-Rifter #21 on ebay - not found
-Rifter #21 original (from Jason Richards) - $100
-Rifter #21 signed by contributers and artists - Priceless
-Rifter #21 signed by contributers, artists and Kevin (not Jason's) - More Priceless
