If a Godling or Demi-God took power #10 (magic powers) and choose the powers of the Obsidian Spell Thief. Would he still receive new spells after 6th level?
Say the Godling took power #10 twice and choose ley line walker and Obsidian Spell thief (or the Demi-God took power #10 with powers of a ley line walker and choose the OCC of Obsidian Spell Thief, or vice versa), would he then be able to gain higher than 6th level spells?

ya but the training to be a spell thief actually causes some sort of block that precludes learning higher level spells
I remember days like this when my father took me to the forest and we ate wild blueberries. More than 20 years ago. I was just a boy of four or five. The leaves were so dark and green then. The grass smelled sweet with the spring wind...For us, there is no spring. Just the wind that smells fresh before the storm.

It doesn't prevent learning, it causes you to forget any spell over 6th level after 72 hours.

I suppose that is a great reason to have access to books of magical knowledge above and beyond that limit. That way you can relearn anything you might have forgotten.
"Your Grace," she said, "I have only one question. Do you wish this man crippled or dead?"
"My Lady," the protector of Grayson told his Champion, "I do not wish him to leave this chamber alive."
"As you will it, your Grace."

Actually after reviewing I don't feel it would be wasted. It might be what is needed to by pass the limitation of the OCC. Just my view on it.
