AU-GG lists increased PP at 25,000 credits with a max of 26 (page 139).

AU-GG also lists a strength bump for 50,000 credits a pop (same page). The strength bump is identical to the HU2E strength bump for robots (HU-2E page 204) with the same limitations. Which goes for $2000 a point. So we can figure that 25,000 credits is equal to $1000s.

And that the galaxy credit suffers from terrible levels of inflation.

I think it is covered either in the Hardware section, in the Analytical Genius, or in the Robotics section, under the Robot Exoskeleton.

An exo-skeleton wouldn't augment your physical prowess, your PS yes but an exo-skeleton moves with you as you move enhancing your PS. Thus it can't move faster than you do. But you also don't need to have a piloting skill for it. So an Exo-skeleton will increase you Spd, PS, and make you tire out at a much slower rate. Also they can also increase your jump height and distance. What your looking for is power armor, in power armor your muscle isn't enhanced it's replaced. Thus when you start to move the power armor move for you at a faster rate.

If the question is Can I increase my attributes while wearing a suit, the answer is yes. Unless you are on a budget, ignore the cost and just increase it to the needed adjustment. If you are on the budget use the bionic scale since bionics and robotics are almost interchangable.
