Hey, don't forget to look at the Russian Fire Sorcerer, they might have something that can add to all the above :D

I'm pretty sure those abilities to increase the size/area of a fire are limited to only affecting a certain area. So if you double it and use the ability again, you're still only affecting the same amount of fire.

Double it's radius (o's):
OOO
OXO
OOO

Try to double the x again and it still only goes out to the o's. It would make a firefighter's job much harder and very frustrating.
