I have a bit of an internal rules debate about the Elite Nightbane Talent Deus Ex Machina
While I assume it will never work on bionics, I have no such compunctions about its use on grenades or Mini missiles inside a 'borg.
And while I assume machine control won't let you control Archie 3, I am not so sure about his robotic legions. Perhaps advanced neural intelligences like Argent Goodson would also be completely immune. But at the very least I theorize that the self destruct system on these robots can be activated, as it stated in the talent discription that preventing and detonating explosives is covered by Deus Ex Machina
Similarly, I'm not so sure about puppeteering a IAR-2 Abolisher from the shadows, but I'm certain you can detonate all the bombs inside a Air Castle Bomber, or setting off the self destruct of a robot or Power armor.
Now in a world like Rifts, Deus Ex Machina posessing Nightbane are the bane of technological powers the world over.
So according to my guesses, an example Nightbane with 12 IQ could, by activating Deus Ex Machina, activate 4 self destructs (4 seperate machines) within 300' of him, for 4 PPE. Is this Right?

pretty much.
Honestly, you can do one of two things:
one, give it the same limits as to what will/wont be effected as Telemechanic Mental Operation.
Two: Assume no limits, in which case it can do anything to anything.

As a GM I'd be more inclined to this one.
