I see the info in Rifter as a Guide line,people will always put ther own spin on it.
One of my own,is members of the Court,s Major Arcana oversee specific areas of the world,the minor arcana are Departments,Like the Cups job is analyse the News and find the Real Supernatural events from the fakes,telling what needs a more in dept investigation,that members of another suit will do.

I like your revision of the Court, gaby. It's a very Ninjas & Superspies style of organization. That's appropriate since the BtS faction creation rules were derived from the N&SS faction creation rules.
By the way, I'm piecing together a Nexus Nine article full of Court of Tarot errata. Linkoid! I would certainly like to see those NPCs.
