Average age

Unread post by The Dark Elf »

Anyone know what the average age of a Palladium gamer (or RPGers) out there is?

In case this turns into a thread of people telling their own ages Ill start. Our player group is 30-35 (we all started in our teens and stuck with it - in fact my mates play cos I was reading Island at the edge of the world in college and he asked me what I was reading. I told him of this weird plot twist at the end. He was intrigued and 15 years later he is still trying to cure Noah/axel's insanity).

Maybe a poll would be better, so ppl can respond anonymously.

I have had many diffierent age groups in the groups I played with. My first gaming group I was the youngest at 11 and the oldest was in his 40s.

Most my groups are between 19 and 40. However I do not discrimate do to age other then I do not allow minors into my house without thier parents. It just doesn't seem right for mid 30's to have kids in thier house without thier own children or the kids parents.

Getting a mage to tell you where the hydra is...10,000 gold
Hiring a summoner... 40,000 gold
Hiring one hundred 10th level mercenaries... 98,567 gold
Giving a hydra skull to your necromancer... priceless

I've got late twenties through mid-thirties. Soon I'll have a fifty plus, likely. But I think if you do the math on this thread, you'll get your average.
This world is far too small not to want to see it all, but life is far too short to allow that to happen. - Falcon, Ranger (My primary hero in PFRPG setting)

"Unhand me you slobbering son of an Orcish whore!" - Ariana Moonstone, Palladin (Another primary character of mine.)

"Bastard!" War cry of Strut, Barbarian Mercenary. (That's for you James!)
