I have little to no ego when it comes to questions of my being correct or incorrect. I change my mind as evidence becomes available that changes the probable answer.
I am disinclined to ask Kev about this as when I talk to him it's kind of wasting his time to bug him with rules questions (particularly ridiculous ones). One thing I do wish is that he'd allow *someone* to have as a volunteer job the answering of rules questions with authority.

I can see an illustration of that nearly every time I come here.

There's a difference between 'ability to answer questions canonically', 'control over one's financial future'. There could also be a 'question of the week' column in which a rules question is given a detailed answer by Kev.

I guarantee that someone like Alex or Wayne could properly answer the questions without hosing things. You absolutely HAVE to delegate some of your responsibilities or you'll never be able to keep up with what needs to be done.
