Personally, if a Feral Dog Boy chooses an OCC (like a Bounty Hunter) I might cut the number of OCC Related Skills in half to compensate for having psionics & natural abilities... but that's just me.

I'd say that it is some what dependant on breed, but generalyy most dog boys would go for men at arms O.C.C's, so yes he could become a bounty hunter or even spec forces you'd have to take into consideration things like helmet design and tail access (if the breed has a tail at all).
Females might be more inclined to go Medical, even dog boys need Doctors.

Have you ever been thrown out of a Rifts game for being smarter than the Game Master?

Feral Dog Boy gets more secondary skills than ANYONE. It's awesome. Just become a Feral Dogboy and suddenly it's better!

If you compare it to the basic Dog Boy OCC (in Lone Star, not the revised one in RUE) the only difference is 2 skills at level 10. Otherwise they're the same.
