Is there a Rifter or any other book that covers Archery or even Guns (Gun Fu) as a Hand to Hand Variation? Thanks.

Greetings and Salutations. I could be wrong, but I believe "MAF" stands for Martial Arts Form with guns. I could be wrong though. And while not a full martial arts form (like you would get in Ninjas & Superspies or Mystic China), Rifter 45 does have 2 Hand to Hand styles that deal with archery (along with optional rules and other special talents/tricks designed specifically for archery). Hopefully some of that helps. Farewell and safe journeys for now.
Living the Fantasy (fan website)

Rifter #45; Of Bows & Arrows (Archery; expanding rules and abilities)
Rifter #52; From Ruins to Runes (Living Rune Weapons; playable characters and NPC)
Rifter #55; Home Away From Home (Quorian Culture; expanded from PF Book 9: Baalgor Wastelands)

Official PDF versions of Rifter #45, #52, and #55 can be found at DriveThruRPG.

And Rifter #3. Rifter #3 has a fictional "Chi Gung Martial Arts" that works a lot like the martial arts style from Equilibrium.
