Your guess is as good as mine. Palladium is known to release pre-ordered books years or decades after the fact.

However, given that palladiums current focus seems to be on getting out more books in the Minion Wars series, and the Mysteries of magic Series, the odds of it being released within the next year is slim to none.

They do not charge till the book ships. As for the arcanist if your willing to use 1st edition you can buy the pdf at DriveThruRPG. The 1st edition has full magic rules.

I stopped pre-ordering, I never got the Land of the Damned III I pre-ordered.

not pre-ordering lets me be better controlled on my finances to.
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.
Each question should be give the canon answer 1st, then you can proclaim your house rules.
Reading and writing (literacy) is how people on BBS interact.
