So recently a player of mine was captured by faeries and ate some pear food of theirs. This caused a Doppleganger to be made of himself.
Now my question...
If a Diabolist places a permanence ward on him. Would it make the Doppleganger permanent?

Yes, but the bone with the ward on it has to be stitched onto or implanted in the D somehow when activated.
Unless the Faerie Food D's have a shorter duration the the spell D's, then the D's duration will be (I believe) 7 years, to to the L7 casting level most Faeries have, due to their CoM nature.
