I could see a TW flashbang using Blinding Flash and Clap of Thunder as component spells. Maybe an explosive type using something like Fireball. Or maybe an EMP type using Energy Disruption. Have fun with it. Remember, your only limit is what you can imagine.

Theoretically, perhaps.
IN practice, since there aren't any in the books anywhere, I'd say that nobody's figured out how to do it yet.

Too bad... seems like it'd be a pretty good way to get rid of both Goblins and a good portion of the CS problem to me. A whole horde of Goblins charging through the streets of Ch-Town with hi explosives strapped to their backs. The mind boggles with the implications... or humor, whichever you prefer
