I'm curious to know if any of you have seen a Psionic Power that gives the ability to speak and understand other languages...
Any book or site that has it?

Greetings and Salutations. I don't believe there are any official powers in the There is a minor super power called Linguistics (that's in Powers Unlimited 3, page 16). It's technically a super power, but even in the powers description it refers to it as a type of telepathy (or psionic, I can't recall off the top of my head). I'd say decide on a Duration and a I.S.P. cost and you'd probably be good to go. That isn't 100% good to go, but it's close. Hope that helps. Check out the second Atlantis book. There's a D-Bee that has a psionic ability to understand most languages.
